Join us for an introduction to tasting and evaluating a wine objectively, developing your palate, reading wine labels from different countries, the basics of serving, collecting and storing wine and a primer on the principals of pairing food and wine.
Through the course of our discussion we will be serving five cheeses paired with five different wines.
Our wine educators for the day will be Cheryl Joubert (WSET IWS Certified) and Greg Ricks (WSET AWS Certified).
